Summer Training Camp starts June 2nd, 2008!

Mondays: STAND and DELIVER!
Takedowns, Set ups, Counters, and Defense from the neutral position
All ages 7:00pm to 8:45pm

Wednesdays: GROUND-n-POUND!
Breakdowns, Pinning Combos, Cradles, Tilts, Leg Rides, Escapes, Reversals, Offensive Defense, Scoring from the bottom.
All ages 7:00pm to 8:45pm

Thursdays: BOOT CAMP*!
All ages 6:00pm to 7:30pm
*A total conditioning session designed to increase Speed, Agility, Power and Core Strength! (additional charge of $15/session or $50/month)

Great News: Since we made the move back in 2002, to the new Spa Fitness Center location (1585 Rt. 73, Pennsauken), it has been a huge success. The Room has 2 FULL MATS (80x35), 18 practice circles, 2 water fountains, 2 climbing ropes, two pull up bars and direct access to the locker facility. According to a Div 1 coach the room compares to many top ranked college facilities.

Iowa great, Royce Alger called it the " nicest private wrestling room in America!"

So to satisfy your curiosity, please stop by for a tour of the facility and free workout.
